Our Return Policy & 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted cutting board. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

If a custom order is canceled at any point during production, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

✅ We Gladly Accept Returns For:

New & Unused Products: Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Damage in Transit:

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will promptly replace it or issue a full refund.

Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Order Errors: Custom cutting boards that were incorrectly cut to the wrong size, material, or edge/corner specifications by us.

❌ We cannot Accept Returns For:

Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of custom work, certain items are non-returnable:

Used Products: Items that have been cut on, used for food prep, or show signs of wear.

Food Contact Products that have come into contact with any food item are ineligible for return due to strict health regulations.

Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

No Proof of Purchase. An order number or receipt must accompany returns.

Correct Custom Orders: Custom cutting boards that were built to the exact specifications (size, material, edges, corners) requested in your original order cannot be returned.
